But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. We are hiring Commercial Account Executives to help accelerate adoption of HeyGen across fast-growing companies.
This is a full-cycle closing role with a heavy emphasis on self-sourced pipeline. You will identify high-potential accounts, run creative outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, lead discovery, demo the product, manage deal cycles, and close new business.
This is not a traditional enterprise AE role with long procurement cycles and large account teams. We are looking for closers who are comfortable moving fast, testing new outbound ideas, creating urgency, and winning customers through persistence, creativity, and strong business discovery.
You will sell both the HeyGen web app and HeyGen API, helping customers understand how AI video can transform marketing, sales enablement, customer education, training, localization, product onboarding, and developer-powered video workflows.
Build your own pipeline - You will run high-volume, high-quality outbound into target accounts. This includes cold email, phone, LinkedIn, personalized video, account research, trigger-based outreach, and creative campaign ideas. You should be excited by the idea of finding your own opportunities, not waiting for perfect inbound leads.
Own the full sales cycle - You will manage opportunities from first touch to close. That includes prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demos, business-case development, negotiation, legal/procurement coordination when needed, and handoff to Customer Success.
Sell business outcomes, not just AI features - You will help customers understand how HeyGen can reduce video production costs, speed up content creation, improve localization, personalize customer communication, and unlock new video workflows that were not possible before.
Sell across web app and API use cases - Some customers will want to use HeyGen directly through the web app. Others may want to integrate HeyGen into their own product, platform, workflow, or internal system using APIs. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be technically curious and comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple business language.
Move fast and create urgency - You will run fast commercial sales cycles, keep deals moving, and know how to create momentum with busy buyers. You should be comfortable asking direct questions, uncovering pain, tying pain to business impact, and driving next steps.
Partner with PLG, growth, product, and customer teams - You will work with product-led growth signals, self-serve users, product usage data, customer requests, and inbound interest to identify expansion and conversion opportunities.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline - You will keep CRM data clean, forecast accurately, manage next steps, and understand the difference between real pipeline and hopeful pipeline.
