Responsibilities
Your Hero Task:
- Communication Talent: Professionally, empathetically, and solution-oriented with our customers.
- Field of View: Document everything carefully in the CRM system.
- Professionalism Meets Heart: Answer and, if possible, conclusively process incoming calls and ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualification
Your Superpower:
- Customer service experience? Great!
- German at C1/C2 level? Your strength!
- Freelancer with your own invoicing process? Exactly your thing!
- Independent, reliable & motivated? We are looking for you!
- Internet & hardware? Everything available? Perfect!
- Based in EU abroad (except Germany)? Then apply to us!
