The Operations Supervisor provides immediate supervision to a small tactical team of non-exempt employees engaged in supporting the day-to-day efforts of the Customer Operations organization, executing operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately. Employees are usually all direct reports. Requires mentoring and guidance on handling new situations. Escalates issues where known precedent has not been established. Applies intermediate subject matter knowledge to solve routine issues within established guidelines.
