What you will do:

The Service Advisor has responsibilities for both the GreenLake and Complete Care Entry services.

These responsibilities include:

  • Customer Onboarding
  • Inventory Management
  • Incident Reviews (Semi-annual)
  • Support Planning and Review
  • Operational Assistance
  • HPE Service Credits
  • Account Support Plan (service dependent)
  • Support planning and Review (service dependent)

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years into IT
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Client Management Role preferred
