Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to lead our efforts in the rapidly growing NeoCloud Market across the UK and Ireland.

NeoClouds represent a new breed of AI-focused hyperscalers at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with deep expertise in the service provider market, coupled with a strong understanding of large-scale AI cluster deployments.

Sales Specialists & Consultants are product, services, software or solution specialists that are responsible for leading pursuit in their assigned focus areas. Collaborates with and supports Account Managers and provides specialist expertise within the sales team. Drives proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, uses specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities. May have named accounts allocated, cover a designated geography, or may be allocated to one high-potential, competitive attack account.

Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving Sales Growth in NeoClouds:
    • Develop a strategic sales pipeline to grow the company's presence in the NeoCloud market, focusing on these emerging hyperscalers.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to deliver value through AI infrastructure solutions that align with the unique needs of NeoCloud providers.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery:
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the NeoCloud ecosystem.
    • Leverage extensive knowledge of large-scale AI cluster deployments to position the company as a go-to partner for innovative AI solutions.
    • Manage complex sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions.
    • Expertise in Service Provider market and/or deployments of large-scale HPC or AI clusters an advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong consultative selling, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
