What You'll Do

Our Minimum Requirements for this role are:

  • This is a Senior Pre Sales Engineer (Sales Engineer) Individual Contributor Role.
  • This Role requires an SME (subject matter expert) who has domain expertise in Communication, Media & Entertainment Vertical. (CME vertical)
  • Expert in Networking Domains like AIOPS, MPLS, CEN, SRv6, BGP, ISIS, ISP, BNG, SASE, Data Centre & other SP constructs
  • SPAAC Pre Sales for Channels with knowledge as a Generalist for SASE/Security, DC, AIOps, Campus (Wired/Wireless) and Routing.
  • Provide technical expertise and support in designing networking solutions aligned to customer business needs.
  • His core responsible is to lead Design Wins in all Service Providers like Telco SP, DC SP, Infra SP or Internet SP for CME Vertical.
  • Solution life cycle ownership from Archtecure Bluprint to technical design construct which will meet customer business outcome.
  • Influence customer AI Journey from automation to autonomous Operations with Self driving Networks.
  • Pre Sales typically work includes:
    • Perform technical presentations for customers, partners, and potential prospects. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Delivers customer workshops as appropriate for creating Value in the Sales Cycle.
    • Ability to solve common to moderately complex technical problems independently in guidance with TAC, Engineering, PLM & Sales functions.
    • Partners effectively with all stakeholders internally & Externally to solve customer problem, Provide specific solutions, & create value in turn achieving customer delight.
    • Understands what it takes to deliver a business use case and insights to gain better understanding of a client's/customer's needs and to position tangible value.
    • Build Return of Investment (ROI) & Total Cost of Operations (TCO) POV for latrge Projects life cycle.
    • Consult & assist customers on end-to-end technical designs transformational Projects for delivering Long term Vision & Solutions to achieve their Business Objectives.
    • Partner with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships to help Build joint technological use case to Business outcomes.
    • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams.
    • Support GTM teams with deep product and technology expertise aligned to specific product lines.

What You Need To Bring:

Experience/Background Desired:

  • 10 -15 years of experience in Networking Presales.(Customer Facing)
  • HPEN (Juniper & Aruba) Certification. Expert-level certification preferred.
  • Experience designing end-to-end networking solutions for Telco/ SP customers.
  • Capability to exercise independent judgment and, where needed, Coach / Guide junior team members.
  • B.E & Masters
