This Multivendor Supplier Operations Manager will focus on preparing, consulting, managing, monitoring and approving 3-rd party multivendor support (MVS) related topics, contracts and orders. Primary focus will be on Italy, with future potential to work also on MVS deals and MVS suppliers for Spain, Portugal and other countries. Agenda will mainly consist of: Interaction at local level with Deal owners (ASM/ADMs, Sales, Vendor Management) and Suppliers/Partners to help to prepare best MVS support deal. (cost efficient, effective, easy to deliver); PO & Invoice management for Italy Global Support; Supplier performance management of key supplier Evernex; Installed base monitoring; Forecast preparation; Support to Sales via quote analysis; Ariba tool interactions on POs and Invoices.
How you will make your mark:
PO & Invoice management for Italy Support Service Delivery organization. Interaction at local level with Deal owners (ADMs, Sales, VM,...) if any additional information needed
Involvement in quoting activities to 3rd party Suppliers In cooperation with Vendor Management and/or Global Procurement
Support to Sales Quote analysis and consultation, delivery model optimization proposals
Supplier performance management of key supplier Evernex Interaction with Partner on quote Costs Analysis, negotiations, installed base management...
Factory meetings with EMEA MVS lead. PO Analysis and Review (financial perspective, forecast)
Ariba tool interaction PO/Invoice approvals or changes
Leads and develops product support or solution(s) planning over entire lifecycle, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness and associated processes.
Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive quality and business improvements.
Collaborates with country/region regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance.
Responsible for cost and margin contribution of one solution or related set of services.
Utilizes understanding of customer business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
Leads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvement.
About you:
Typically 2+ years to establish proven track record in directly related business.
Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus.
English language (Italian is bonus)
MS Excel and communication skills.
Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry knowledge of the company's organization, policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
Knowledge of HPE Multivendor topic or E2E support/service processes are welcomed.
General technical understanding of products.
Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills.
Good communication skills.
Influence within same team and level.
