Enterprise Account Manager
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to drive business growth and customer success through HPE's technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning IT strategies with business goals and leading complex engagements across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Aligning customer KPIs and priorities with HPE's solutions to position HPE as a long-term strategic partner.
- Developing and executing growth plans across HPE's portfolio, leveraging internal tools and programs.
- Identifying and leading high-value opportunities, managing pipeline activities, and closing complex deals.
- Building strong relationships across customer organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
- Managing and evolving the partner ecosystem within the account to support strategic goals.
- Staying current on IT trends and innovations, advising customers and mentoring internal teams.
- Leading and empowering the extended account team, ensuring governance and team development.
- Collaborating across HPE to enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction.
- Owning and executing a comprehensive account business plan, aligning with all key stakeholders.

If you have these skills, expertise, attitude, and education:
- Academic degree in economic or similar fields of studies.
- 7+ years of sales experience in strategic account management and enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior executives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of IT trends and digital transformation.
- Understanding of the IT requirements in regulated finance environments.
- Broad understanding of the HPE portfolio to apply standard as well as creative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders on multiple levels to drive pipeline and sales.
- Expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes in complex, multinational conglomerate environments.
- Business fluency in German and English language, any additional languages are a plus.
