Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager who is responsible for managing and growing the full HPE portfolio within assigned customer accounts. While the role covers the complete portfolio of HPE solutions, infrastructure, software, and services, there is a strong strategic focus on Advisory & Professional Services (A&PS), as-a-service business, and service-led selling.

You will act as a trusted advisor to your account stakeholders, aligning IT strategies with business goals and leading complex engagements across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align customer KPIs and priorities with HPE's solutions to position HPE as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Develop and execute growth plans across HPE's portfolio, leveraging internal tools and programs.
  • Drive sales of HPE Advisory & Professional Services, including consulting, transformation, implementation, migration, and optimization services.
  • Identify and lead high-value opportunities (with a focus on aaS business), manage pipeline activities, and close complex deals.
  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage and evolve the partner ecosystem within the account to support strategic goals.
  • Stay current on IT trends and innovations, advising customers and mentoring internal teams.
  • Collaborate across HPE and in particular within the account team to enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction.
  • Empower the extended account team and ensuring governance for dedicated projects and deals
  • Execute a comprehensive account business plan, aligning with all key stakeholders.

If You Have These Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

  • Academic degree in economic or similar field of studies
  • 7+ years of sales experience in strategic account management and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT trends and digital transformation.
  • Understanding of the IT requirements in regulated finance environments
  • Broad understanding of the HPE portfolio to apply standard as well as creative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders on multiple levels to drive pipeline and sales
  • Expertise in managing end- to-end sales processes in complex, multinational conglomerate environments
  • Business fluency in German and English language, any additional languages are a plus
