Job Description:

We are currently looking for a System Engineer.

How you will make your mark:

• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
• Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives.
• Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer's business needs.
• Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction.
• Provides the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations.

About you:

• Bachelor of engineering or computer science.
• 8-10 years of technical experience in networking, of which 4 – 5 years in presales role.
• Certification:
• Aruba Certification in switching, mobility, or security.
• CCNA/CCNP.
• CISSP (or similar security certification) is a plus.
• Hands on experience with one or more products, solutions, tools, or services aligned to respective job responsibility below:
• Switching.
• WLAN.
• Network security.
• Network management.
• SD-WAN/SASE
• Data Center
• Specific technology know-how:
• Campus Switching: Ethernet technologies, campus design, stacking, routing protocols, multicast, SDN, and automation.
• WLAN: IEEE standards, WLAN design & survey, WLAN security technologies, RF design,
• Data Center: DC design techniques, SD-DC & overlay technologies, VXLAN, spine-leaf design, automation & orchestration in DC, DC security best-practices.
• WAN/SD-WAN/SASE: WAN technologies, SD-WAN basics, routing protocols, overlay technologies, ZTNA, WAN Optimization.
• Security: Well understanding of security technologies and how they interact with the solutions above, including: NGFW, DDI, WAF, NDR/XDR, SIEM, and MFA.
• Cloud: know-how of cloud technologies.
• Ability to deliver live demonstrations or walk throughs of products, solutions, tools or services to customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with complete solution design, BOM preparation, and RFP response.
• Presentation skills: Experience with delivering presentation in front of customers.
• Demonstrates discussion and persuasion skills, as well as respectfully questioning and challenging proposed solutions.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including emphasizing, collaborating, active listening and storytelling, and ability to communicate in English and Arabic (both in-person and virtual) as needed to perform job requirements.
• Experience with hospitality-related projects is a plus.
• Consultative and value-selling skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, objection handling, and closing skills to proactively help customers make business decisions.
• Time-management skills.
