Regional Product Service Manager

This role has been designed as "Onsite" with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

The HPE Operations Delivery Readiness organization ensures services delivery preparedness and capabilities for new products, services and solutions. Our primary goal is to define and implement a seamless service delivery experience for our customers in NXI projects, leveraging and collaborating with our internal teams and partner ecosystem.

The Regional Product Service Manager (RPSM) is responsible for ensuring service and support readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI) and New Service Introductions (NSI). Representing Regional Delivery, the RPSM will engage with the DR Corporate Product Service Managers (CPSMs) on each NXI project and lead a team of regional based delivery representatives responsible for preparing the HPE Operations delivery teams to support product and services launches. Additionally, the RPSM provides NPI/NSI sustaining phase support to regional and country delivery teams through EOSL. Lead to develop region delivery readiness activities and plans for HPE direct workforce, Sub-contractors as well as Variable Workforce. Lead to establish alignment among HPE support delivery operation and enablement teams (Global Support Remote, Supply Chain, Technical Learning Solutions (TLS), Professional Services Delivery, Support Services Delivery country business and delivery to collaborate on consistent regional readiness plan. Lead to implement and monitor service delivery readiness activities to enable HPE Operations organization to deliver and support new products/services (NPI/NSI) that are driven by WW product Business Unit (BU) and portfolio teams. Define the tracking and reporting requirement of readiness progress, resource status detailing course completion, resource location and numbers. Lead to represent geo in service and solution core team. Lead to maintain service lifecycle processes and tools be deployed and executed in relevant functions and geos/country.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Lead services on product or solution Extended Integrated Readiness Team (X-IRT) and provide service requirements into product development stages/phases, e.g., Product support and service, customer requirement, regional/country business/delivery requirement.
  • Represent Regional Support Services Delivery, Professional Services Delivery and Managed Services in Integrated Readiness Team (IRT)
  • Work across countries, clusters and WW teams to develop the plan and lead the implementation of end-to-end delivery readiness and associated processes for new product or solution
  • Perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements (this point needs more detail per Jessy)
  • Utilize in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value
  • Lead complex cross functional activities that drive continuous growth of the business
  • Provide solution to fill gap between NPI/NSI strategy and the geo requirements
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to peers and lower-level employees
  • Multi country responsibility / a large country with multiple sub geos

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

  • Product/Solution introduced with required associated services
  • Drives the enablement of global NXI programs to enable quality service & support delivery in the Delivery Regions at First Service Date (FSD)
  • Understanding of HPE Support Delivery models, processes and tools
  • Knowledge of region & country specific operation delivery mix, environment, constraints & limitations
