Partner Marketing Manager UKI

Location: Winnersh, London UK

Type: Permanent full time

HPE is looking for an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to strengthen our partner ecosystem and fuel growth across our core portfolio – Storage, Hybrid Cloud, Compute, and Networking.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the Geo Channel Marketing team, you will:

Strategic Partner Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with assigned partners in our UK and Ireland territories as the face of One HPE.
  • Collaborate closely with PBMs/DBMs to align marketing plans to Joint Business Plans and overall business goals.
  • Guide partners through effective planning, ensuring all activities are aligned to priority areas and deliver measurable ROI.

Driving Demand & Pipeline

  • Lead demand-generation initiatives across our portfolio to drive pipeline growth.
  • Approve and oversee partner marketing activities, review outcomes, and ensure continuous pipeline progression.
  • Work with local MSAs to provide direction on budget, priorities, and execution.

Delivering Marketing Excellence

  • Educate partners on available HPE channel content, campaigns, and assets.
  • Champion the use of HPE Marketing Pro tools, resources, and campaign materials.
  • Drive communications and initiatives that increase partner loyalty and mindshare.

Planning & Governance

  • Oversee end-to-end DF (Demand Funds) planning – both marketing and non-marketing.
  • Ensure global DF guidelines are understood and followed.
  • Review partner DF plans to ensure activities meet eligibility requirements and deliver value.

Additional Impact Areas

  • Lead partner and customer acquisition efforts for key events such as HPE Discover and HPE Partner Growth Summit.
  • Take part in ongoing learning and development alongside Geo Channel Marketing teams.

What You'll Bring

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Strong background in partner, channel, sales, or industry marketing.
  • Expert understanding of modern marketing practices, tools, and demand-generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build virtual teams, influence stakeholders, and work effectively at all levels of the business.

Your Impact Will Be Measured Through

  • Completion and quality of partner marketing and DF plans.
  • Delivering YoY pipeline growth (target 10% for assigned resellers).
  • ROI on marketing investments and MDF usage.
  • Increased partner adoption of HPE Marketing Pro and campaign resources.
  • Positive NPS and partner satisfaction feedback.
