8+ years of experience in working on Active Directory and 6+ years of experience in Windows Administration, MS cluster Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, Windows Upgrades into production environment, including customer facing or customer support roles. The primary function of support consultants is to provide in-depth technical and technological expertise in their areas of focus, so that we can develop a genuinely customized solution for every customer. Working at highest level with customers and managing large projects. Need to be flexible to work in shifts and work from Office.

What you'll do:

Change Planning: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions for new system updates, processes, or infrastructure changes.

Process Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate, approve, and schedule changes.

Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with changes and work on mitigation strategies.

Communication: Effectively communicate changes to all relevant teams and departments, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all change requests, approvals, and outcomes.

Post-Change Review: Evaluate the success of changes post-implementation and identify any improvements for future changes.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to the change management process to enhance efficiency and minimize disruptions.

What you need to bring:

People and Business Skills

  • Should be able to drive, motivate and elevate team performance through effective conflict resolution, developmental feedback and clear communication.
  • Strong leadership in setting direction, goal setting, team dynamics and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, team player, knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate, decision making skills, negotiating skills, time-resource management, teamwork, knowledge of quality processes.
  • Should be Science Graduate (IT/ Computer), preferably, BE/B. Tech/MCA with minimum 3 years of Change Management, ITSM solutions and minimum 5 years' total experience in the field of IT implementation / support of related solutions

Should be certified in the following certifications:

  • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)
  • ITIL Foundation V4

Should know the Manage engine ITSM Platform, know the RFC, Change management Process etc.
