This role is for someone looking to create an impact by using a problem-solving and data-driven approach to build and scale a high-performing sales team for a top-in-class technology product. Over the next 3 years, we aim to scale our revenues 2-3x each year. To enable this journey, the Regional Sales Manager will play an extremely crucial role to identify the current gaps, coaching the existing team, hire A+ Sales talent, and running a dynamic and data-driven sales function, ultimately leading to more customer conversions. Hence, the individual should have both the ability to understand and leverage data, a strong bias towards execution at speed, and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and achieve the desired results. In this role, you will be expected to lead the sales team.
