We are recruiting a client representative (M/F).

Your responsibilities:

With a focus on excellence in welcoming and servicing our national and international clients to provide them with a unique experience and to retain them, your responsibilities will be exercised in four main areas:

• Welcome clients coming to the agency to pick up the rental vehicle, actively listen to their needs and propose services, explain the contractual and tariff conditions,
• Welcome clients returning the rental vehicle and ensure the smooth completion of their trip, check the vehicle's condition, close the contract and manage invoicing, encourage the client to return and recommend us,
• Logistics: Occasionally transport and prepare vehicles to the expected quality level based on departure and return forecasts; perform deliveries and pickups outside the agency when necessary,
• Management: Prepare contracts in advance, monitor fleet status and anticipate demand, telephone contacts with clients, implementation of action plans defined by the agency manager or supervisor, training and monitoring of individual operational performance indicators,

• Enjoy client contact and have a good sense of relationship, capable of creating links, using sensitivity and empathy in interpersonal relations,
• Like the variety of activities, teamwork and easily adapt to the unexpected while managing your energy,
• Be curious to know the specifics of our offers and the vehicles offered as well as the latest automotive innovations,
• Be thorough and organized to know and apply the procedures,
• Speak English and have a driver's license B, a level BTS or Bac +2, with or without experience.
