Wholesale Sales Representative

Represent the company's brands with assigned clients to achieve sales objectives in a profitable manner, meeting expectations for volume, distribution, marketing, visibility, rotation, and collection.

Plan and visit clients considering sales progress, statistics, collection, inventories, order placement, shipment tracking, and activation of sell in and sell out activities.

Know the assigned portfolio in depth, its internal processes (purchases, merchandise reception, displays, payments, among others) in order to develop the business and identify opportunities to communicate and execute action plans.

Operate according to the budget and comply with internal controls (open deductions, credit, G2M, Sales Admin), making the most of the assigned resources (car, computing equipment, cell phone, POP material).

Present commercial initiatives and coordinate the execution of trade marketing and point-of-sale marketing strategies.

Coordinate and participate when necessary in the selection processes of the promotional team.

Train and direct the personnel under their charge.

Staff in charge: 1 promoter.

Order cycle (client, prices, and processes until order generation).

Basic effective negotiation and objection handling.

Basic financial concepts (GIS, OI, NS, VCM, margin, discounts).

Intermediate level Excel.

Types of promotion and promotional materials.

Basic knowledge of brands and products in the portfolio.

Interpretation of internal reports (daily sales, projects, open deductions, execution of initiatives).

Conversational business-oriented English (desirable).

Driving a standard car in city and highway.

Effective oral and written communication.

Result orientation.

Analytical capacity.

Proactivity, commitment, and collaborative work.

Influence and management of client relationships.

Self-management and personal motivation.

Education: Completed professional career.

Experience: Preferably previous experience in sales or customer service areas.
