Then we are looking for exactly you: A finance professional with a process perspective who consistently automates our operations and simultaneously implements an effective debt collection system and manages order-to-cash efficiently and cleanly.
Your Mission
Continuous and AI-supported process innovation: You keep an eye on the financial processes across the entire team, identify optimization potential, and develop new process blueprints with the help of modern AI tools. You focus on process automations and assistant functions and embed them sustainably in the daily operational business.
Compliance and process security: You ensure a GoBD-compliant design and documentation of financial processes and are responsible for internal control mechanisms (IKS/internal controls) including continuous development to minimize risk.
Tool and system ownership in the finance area: You take technical responsibility for the system landscape (especially Odoo and connected tools), coordinate interfaces, permissions, workflows, and data quality – in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and possibly external partners.
Responsibility for the order to cash area: You ensure timely and correct invoice creation and manage the accounts receivable ledger. You also take charge of the debt management and bring our debt collection to the next level.
