Central Field Service Supervisor

This position is directly involved in addressing equipment breakdowns in the field, coordinating activities of field mechanics, maintaining data on service calls, communicating with internal and external customers, inventory control, ensuring equipment is serviced at regular intervals, and daily business reporting for multiple locations. Some of the other responsibilities include:
- Answer customer calls
- Set work schedules for field mechanics
- Prioritize, schedule and dispatch field service team across the Puget Sound
- Determine the severity of service requests and how best to address them
- Ensure mechanics account for their time and parts
- Parts purchasing and ensuring timely repairs and work orders take place
- Communicate with Herc locations when repairs should be charged back to a customer, filed as warranty or when equipment needs to be replaced in the field
- Use SalesForce based dispatching module
- Contact manufacturers and outside vendors as necessary to complete repairs
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders providing updates on repairs and services
- Other tasks, as assigned by management

- Prior technical school or mechanic experience required

Pay Range: $85k + profit sharing
