Your Role and Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for accurate global Product Costing for Heraeus Electronics, including the governance and review of standard cost updates at our sites, the simulation of cost estimates for new products, and the monitoring of product cost development.
• Moreover, you regularly review and assess production order variances, including the preparation of variance reports for the Heraeus Electronics leadership team, and coordinate continuous improvement cycles.
• You are responsible for the performance assessment of our Precious Metal business, including regular monitoring of inventory development and the alignment of reduction measures with internal stakeholders.
• You proactively support Heraeus Electronics' planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• You drive the harmonization and automation of Operations Controlling processes and support local Site Controlling teams in process- and system-related questions.

What is Required for the Role:

• University degree in Business or related fields, preferably with a major in Finance/Controlling
• + 5 years experience in Operations Controlling in an industrial company using SAP R/3 or S/4
• Proficiency in MS Office software as well as Power Query and basic knowledge in Excel-VBA. Knowledge in BI-Tools like Analysis for Office and Qlik are a plus
• Knowledge of Precious Metal business will be considered as a plus
• Profound English skills and openness to work in an international environment
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with attention to detail and analytical ability
