What You Can Move:

  • Overseeing Performance – You are responsible for increasing the performance of key accounts and identifying growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Leading a Team – You lead a team of sales and customer service representatives to support Heraeus Electronics' presence with our customers.
  • Developing and Implementing Strategic Plans – You create and implement comprehensive strategies to manage global key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships – You build strong relationships with key stakeholders of our customers and maintain them to foster trust and collaboration, driving strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinating with Internal Teams – You work closely with various internal departments, such as product management, innovation, and technical support, to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and solutions.
  • Contract Negotiations – You conduct contract negotiations and negotiate service terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Problem Solving – You address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise within key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring With You:

  • A university degree in a scientific or technical field
  • A track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers in leading companies, recognizing the importance of cooperative networks in business.
  • Experience in the electronics industry (preferably automotive) and dealing with demanding customers makes you a valuable addition to our team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation and negotiation skills, enabling you to communicate clearly and persuasively even in challenging situations.
  • Fluent German and English are a given, as well as your drive to always seek solutions.
  • You are prepared to travel regularly for intercontinental business trips.
