We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service to join our Service team in NSW, based at Eastern Creek. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers (dentists, practice managers, receptionists), responsible for coordinating repairs and the service and installation of Dental equipment. As we pride ourselves on the trusted customer relationships we have built over the years, your commitment to outstanding customer support will help us maintain our standard and reputation in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers by delivering exceptional service
  • Accurately processing customer orders, inquiries, quotes, and returns in a timely manner
  • Coordinating and scheduling service appointments for our field technicians
  • Managing the ordering, allocation, and transfer of stock to support service operations
  • Monitoring service jobs to ensure timely completion and a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Keeping customers informed on the progress of service and warranty support activities
  • Overseeing the repair exchange process and managing warranty parts efficiently

You'll Bring the Following Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external service providers
  • Previous experience in the dental industry is highly regarded
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a hands-on and adaptable approach
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and using CRM/ERP systems
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Pronto and Salesforce is advantageous
