As a Customer Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing medical consumables supply contracts for our corporate customer groups, public and private hospitals across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting and diverse role as it's a mix of customer-facing and office-based work. It involves partnering with customers, handling enquiries, providing updates on pricing and product availability, and delivering reporting. You will also work closely with our Corporate Sales Team to align customer expectations with our operational capabilities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
