Research Project Management. I - Full Time - Center For Health Services

Research Position

This full-time position will work under the Center's hybrid model (3 days required in the office, and 2 days working from home).

Experience working in a team oriented environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams is required.

Strong customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills required

This position will be required to manage significant and key aspects of one or more moderate sized research and/or QI projects from start-up to closeout, and any other ongoing project management tasks related to assigned research and/or QI project.

Work closely on one or more moderately complex projects/assignments in collaboration with leadership including the Principal Investigator, Senior Bioscientific Staff, and/or Director or Vice President.

Manage significant and key aspects of one or more small to moderate research projects from start-up to closeout, or ongoing research functions.

Oversee day-to-day operations of team members working on assigned studies and projects.

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years of research experience; experience leading cross functional teams or a small to moderate sized project.
• OR
• Master's degree in a related field and six (6) months of research experience.
• Experience working in a team orientated environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams required.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a general knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: CAP-M or PMI Project Management Professional certification or similar preferred. Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred.
