What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the daily operations of a busy physician practice or health center
  • Serve as the liaison between practice physicians, office employees, and other clinical/administrative departments
  • Ensure staffing coverage to support provider schedules, including managing float pool utilization and maintaining payroll records
  • Manage and review office correspondence such as invoices, statements, credit cards, petty cash, mileage forms, and reports
  • Assist with clerical and technical functions to ensure smooth and efficient practice operations
