What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the daily operations of a busy physician practice or health center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
  • Act as a key liaison between practice physicians, office staff, and other clinical and administrative teams
  • Maintain staffing coverage to meet provider schedules, manage float pool utilization, and oversee associate payroll records
  • Review and manage office correspondence, including invoices, statements, credit cards, petty cash, mileage forms, and reports
  • Assist with clerical and technical tasks to support overall practice operations and enhance the patient experience
