Admin Support (Non-Clinical)

Provides administrative support for assigned area(s) or program.

Responsibilities: Prepares and distributes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required. Schedules and supports preparation for meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events. May compile and enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s), verify data, identify issues and research or correct as appropriate. Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries. Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and multi-task at times.

Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration: Education: • High School diploma /GED equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience is required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and using the Microsoft Office products daily. Will also use Peoplesoft.
