Trade Marketing And Category Management Junior Role

Support the Consumer Adhesives business in Thailand through effective trade marketing and category management initiatives. Ensure strong customer coms, in-store visibility, successful promotional execution, and data-driven category development to achieve Henkel's growth and profitability targets. This is a junior role designed to support sales and marketing alignment, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to overall market share expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of trade marketing activities to drive sell-in at customer level and sell-out performance at POS of retail and distributor channels.
• Planning and implementing of in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promotional campaigns.
• Planning and execution of branded events and trade shows.
• Conduct category and shopper analysis to support Category Management projects and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports (sell-out, competitor activity, ROI) for trade activities and promotions.
• Support Sales team in customer presentations, joint business planning, and distributor alignment.
• Coordinate with local and global marketing teams to localize campaigns and toolkits for the Thai and SEA market.
• Ensure proper budget control, documentation, and compliance with Henkel standards.
• Assist in launching new products in trade channels, ensuring readiness and visibility at point of sale.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing activation, marketing promotions, and category management.
• Strong analytical skills in shopper behavior, social media insights, and category performance.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to support customer presentations, joint business planning, and trade promotions.
