Strategic Sales Manager

You will play a vital role in growing Henkel's professional B2B customer base by driving strategic sales and building strong client relationships in the construction and building materials sector. This autonomous role offers the opportunity to shape market success locally while benefiting from Henkel's global support and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and professional customers (B2B) in your designated territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the professional customer base.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, CS) to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Take ownership of your territory and proactively drive business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or professional products.
  • Strong track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and making autonomous decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Fluent in Latvian and English.
