Customer-Facing Front Office Owner

Act as the customer-facing front office owner for assigned global OEMs and key distributors, ensuring smooth order-to-cash coordination, high-quality customer experience, and effective issue resolution through strong collaboration across supply chain, sales, finance, and support teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the single point of contact for customers across the order-to-cash process
• Coordinating end-to-end order execution with the customer service support office
• Managing customer communication, order status updates, delivery commitments, and service queries
• Handling customer complaints in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Coordinating with supply planning, logistics, warehousing, control tower, sales, finance, and support office
