Product Development Engineer

The Product Development Engineer is responsible for scaling up newly developed thermal interface material products from development to full-scale manufacturing. The role bridges product development and manufacturing by working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring robust processes through experimentation, documentation, and risk analysis, and successfully delivering multi-site scale-up projects for global industrial customers.

Responsibilities:

• The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the scale-up of newly developed multi-million-dollar thermal interface material product lines used in a variety of industrial applications.
• Works in cross-functional teams to link product development and manufacturing on projects for top tier companies in the industrial sector.
• Creates process flow charts, FMEAs and control plans for new products.
• Runs design of experiments to understand relationship between raw materials, process and final product parameters.
• Presents scale-up reports to top management and external customers.
• Responsible for scale-up projects at domestic and international sites.
• Strong background in statistics and quality tools preferred (DOE, SPC, FMEA)

Qualifications:

• Should have an Engineering degree (Preferable – Chemical/Chemistry & Material Science)
• Minimum 8 Years of Experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Should possess good analytical skills
