Strategic And Operational Support To Sales Team

Provide strategic and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient control of discounts, provisions, invoicing, and customer disputes. This role is key to guaranteeing financial transparency, contractual compliance, and the correct execution of commercial processes, with a focus on key accounts of the direct, modern, and traditional channel.

Support the sales team in the management of commercial discounts and contractual conditions with clients.

Analyze credit memos, issued invoices, and their accounting impact.

Follow up on monthly generated provisions, ensuring their correct accounting.

Prepare month-end closing reports, focused by accounts.

Follow up on the sales team in financial and administrative matters.

Review commercial disputes and raise cases for resolution.

Maintain direct contact with clients (approximately 20% of the time), especially in clarification and dispute resolution processes.

Participate in continuous improvement processes related to commercial control.

Support in the automation of reports and data visualization through digital tools.

Direct, modern, and traditional channel.

National accounts and business clubs.

Educational background: Professional in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields.

Experience: 2 – 3 years in similar roles of commercial control, financial analysis, or sales support.

Languages: Basic-intermediate English desirable.

Industry knowledge: Desirable experience in mass consumption, retail, or professional beauty.

Tools: Advanced handling of Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, and Power BI.
