Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes sales strategy in alignment with sustainability goals and develops action plans in line with strategic priorities.
- Coordinates execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM (e.g. ACE) projects.
- Actively manages implementation of price strategy in the region.
- Builds and maintains relationships throughout Canada & implements customer feedback (VOC) to refine sales approaches.
- Drives implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area.
- Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in sales area & monitors competitor activities and pricing.
- Ensures efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit).
- Coordinates tasks between key interfaces and ensures fulfillment of administrative tasks.
- Collaborates with Marketing, CS, SC etc. to ensure full internal support for sales team; coordinates with KAM team on customer priorities.
- Ensures compliant execution of sales processes & develops customer centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership.
- Provides sales forecast and monitors key KPIs & leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance.
- Manages relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitors their financial performance.
- Directly manages performance and relationships of all Canada distribution channels.
- Compensation is base salary + commission.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in the Midstream Pipeline Integrity process with a strong understanding of pipeline repair and coating practices.
- Knowledgeable of composite repair systems for pressurized pipelines.
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM.
- 10+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the Midstream pipeline integrity market.

The salary for this role is $115,000.00-$150,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
