Program Details:

• Two-year full-time Development Program
• Support in developing marketing concepts (including marketing content and assets)
• Creation of regional social media content
• Support in the implementation of key projects in the region under the Ceresit brand
• Collaboration with marketing departments for regional coordination of activities and best practice exchange between countries
• Collaboration with external institutions such as advertising agencies, packaging production agencies, and printers
• Work in the DAM (digital asset management) system
• Gathering market and competition information in the region

• Full-time availability: 40 hours per week
• You are a student or graduate in marketing, economics, management, or a related field
• Fluent in Polish and very proficient in English
• Developed analytical skills and the ability to prioritize
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Creativity, proactivity, and independence in action
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Driver's license category B

• Employment based on a labor contract in a hybrid mode, max. 8 days per month
• Flexible working hours
• Commute to work: availability of public transport (buses no. 136, 138, 218 and trams no. 17, 31). We also promote bicycle commutes – showers with showers are available.
