Responsibilities:

• Support the Trade Marketing team in daily projects and tasks.
• Plan and co-create promotional campaigns for top Henkel brands.
• Analyze the effectiveness of promotional actions – you will check what really works.
• Ensure the visibility of our brands in stores – from the idea to ready-to-use POS materials.
• Close cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, and other departments.
• Support digital and e-commerce activities – creating graphics and content for online campaigns.
• Contact with creative and event agencies when implementing projects.
• Active participation in various initiatives that drive our brands' development.

Requirements:

• Students or graduates (fields: marketing, management, economics, or related) are welcome, available full-time.
• Very good knowledge of English: You feel comfortable speaking in English.
• Creativity, openness to new ideas, and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication.
• Proactivity and energy to act – we value initiative!
• Organizational skills, flexibility, and independence in action.
• Openness to learning and a desire to develop competencies in the marketing area.
• First experience in marketing, e-commerce, or sales will be a plus.
