As a Process Engineering Intern for our Paste-Packaging value stream, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience in a real-world manufacturing environment
• Provide production floor support to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and quality
• Write and edit manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures
• Assist in resolving non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
• Network with experienced engineers and contribute to meaningful innovations

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter and fast learner, able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid technical writing and documentation skills

This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support. Henkel's Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August. Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.
