Responsibilities include:

  • Gain hands-on experience implementing high-impact process improvements in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Execute engineering projects under the guidance of a mentor and management, contributing to operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve real-world manufacturing challenges
  • Evaluate and improve engineering documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues on complex manufacturing lines, learning root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, safety, and productivity
