Responsibilities:

• Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support planning and operations teams with actionable analytics and reporting tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance insights to stakeholders
• Assist in forecasting and capacity planning using historical data and predictive models
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across logistics systems and reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing analytical support and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering, Accounting or other relevant courses
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in Reporting (especially for business performance, decision-making, planning, supplier information, and purchasing); Preferably obtained from a Supply Chain-related role or industry
• Preferably with knowledge in Supply Chain Processes such as material planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service is preferrable
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Power BI (front-end), Workspace, Scorecards and Microsoft Office Excel required; Skills in VBA and Macros, SAP or other accounting system is highly preferred
• Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills; Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), Sustainability and Project Management is an advantage
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
