Ensure support in the recruitment processes for Henkel employees;
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including update job descriptions, posting job announcements, pre-selection of internal and external applications;
Organize telephone and personal interviews and provide feedbacks to the candidates;
Provide support in the intern/administrative HR area; assist the new employees when signing the employment and induction documents;
Provide support with disciplinary investigations according to the internal procedure and internal rules;
Assist in collecting and controlling all necessary data for payroll accounts (working hours, administrative changes, personal direct debts from salary, register of sick leaves etc.);
Generate forms and reports for banks;
Ensure confidentiality of personal data;
Final college year or master studies;
Highly motivated and with a high sense of ownership;
Strong analytical skills and sense for facts and figures;
Multitasking, flexible, customer-oriented;
Enthusiastic driven, proactive and creative approach;
Strong computer skills;
English language is a must.
