Job Title

This role is responsible for managing all customer interaction activities, including both inbound and outbound communications. It requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as CSX, CoE, GBS+, and the Supply Chain (SC) team, ensuring alignment of priorities to effectively balance customer needs with supply chain capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding stock, schedules, and pricing
  • Enter orders into SAP from B2B local customers (via eShop, customer portal, email, or chat), including credit and ATP checks
  • Manage backorders (open orders)
  • Expedite processes to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to the field and production plant to meet customer-requested delivery dates
  • Create and monitor delivery notes; Troubleshoot incorrect deliveries and customer delivery claims
  • Monitor invoices for sales recognition
  • Create invoice lists for tax invoice uploads and upload tax invoices to the e-Billing service provider

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years' work experience in multinational companies
  • Experience in Customer Service, SAP, and Service Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic level of English communication skills
