Key Account Manager – Retail, NI and Ireland

What will you be doing?
As our new Key Account Manager across NI and Ireland, you'll play a central role in growing our market share and strengthening our position with group retail customers. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll work closely with our Ireland commercial sales team while leading your own accounts with a high level of autonomy.
As part of this position, you will:
- Lead commercial activities across the retail channel in Ireland, preparing and completing Business Plans with group customers
- Achieve sales, revenue, and financial objectives while coordinating approved budgets (P&L, promotions)
- Grow core brands in the retail market, leading product launches and promotional activity
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with accounts, supported by tight collaboration with the wider commercial and marketing teams
- Influence market strategy with insights, forecasts, and account development plans that deliver long-term growth
Success will be measured by your ability to hit sales and profitability targets, strengthen partnerships with customers, and deliver on strategic growth plans.
What do you need to bring?
- Experience in a Key Account Management position. Ideally within similar sectors.
- Consistent record of delivering sales growth
- Strong commercial competence with confidence handling budgets and profitability
- CRM system proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel (including some overnight stays)
- The ability to coach and mentor a sales team
