Customer Support (m/w/d) - Software Startup

We at hellomateo are building the next generation of marketing and service technology for the German middle class. Our software combines AI, automation, and user-centered design – and is growing rapidly.

In this role, you will be the interface between product and customer. You will accompany new customers during their onboarding and help existing customers with our software in trainings to achieve the greatest value.

Tasks

• Acceptance and processing of incoming support requests via chat, email, and phone
• Initial error analysis and solution of typical application questions around our platform
• Forwarding of more complex issues to our tech or customer success team
• Maintenance of our internal knowledge base and contribution to the expansion of self-service offers
• Close cooperation with product and support to provide feedback in a structured manner
• Contribution to the optimization of internal support processes

Qualification

• First experience in (technical) customer support, ideally in the SaaS environment
• Very good German language skills (C2) and solid English language skills (at least B2)
• Quick understanding, technical basic understanding, and a passion for digital tools
• Solution-oriented way of thinking, patience, and a confident appearance in stressful moments
• Team spirit and the desire to take on responsibility in a growing company
