By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy HelloFresh's products, today and in the future.

About the Role: What's in the Box

The Growth Alliance drives customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies across all HelloFresh and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) brands globally. The alliance is responsible for cross-cutting initiatives that maximize business value through modernized payment processing, dynamic customer activations and reactivations, and organic growth channels like SEO. By leveraging rigorous experimentation, data-driven insights, and continuous backend modernization, we ensure a frictionless, highly optimized funnel that improves conversion rates and sustains long-term growth across all regions.

We are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to work on the Pricing team and help implement solutions & write beautiful code, working with various team members while building out consumer-facing applications & the infrastructure that supports them. This engagement involves working with highly-skilled engineers, who, in collaboration with other global teams, have turned HelloFresh into the #1 meal delivery service in the world!

What You'll Do: The Recipe

1. Work on a cross-functional team with a product owner, engineers, designers, and analysts
2. Help to enable the product team to iterate fast and learn about users by planning, building, testing, and launching features
3. Collaborate with engineers across the department and the company to continuously improve the code base, systems, and processes
4. Design and develop solutions that can continue to scale
5. Support other team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews

What You'll Bring: The Ingredients

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on work with React Native
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in building component-based architectures using React.js and Node.js
• Deep understanding of integrating frontend and backend services seamlessly
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, along with solid testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Strong collaboration skills when partnering with product designers
