Factor for Business is scaling rapidly. We are looking for a Senior Manager of B2B Sales to own our Sales-Led motion. Initially, you will focus on high-intent inbound channels, ensuring a world-class conversion engine. Simultaneously, you will act as a Strategic Lead, designing and executing outbound experiments to identify new repeatable growth levers as we scale toward 10x growth.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary complemented by a competitive commission structure, rewarding strong performance.
