The Human Resources Intern is an entry-level position that will rotate amongst various HR functions. This role is responsible for learning and applying core human resources concepts and principles, including assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and providing support for general employee inquiries and HR-related projects.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation for this position is $19.00 per hour. Your final salary will be determined based on your skills, experience, location, and our company's pay structure. We regularly review our pay ranges against industry standards to ensure fair compensation.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to stand and walk.
• Regularly required to sit for extended periods.
