The Field Sales Representative is focused on actively pursuing new leads, opportunities and customers in the small and medium sized market segments to drive growth, either at a branch or country level. This role differs from others in that it prioritizes the acquisition and expansion of the customer base, ensuring the continued growth and development of the customer's portfolio. The primary objective is to achieve significant market expansion and customer acquisition.

Modality: Hybrid

Requirements:

University studies

Knowledge in exports and imports

Modalities air, maritime and terrestrial

Experience in forwarder, or customs agency

Indispensable client portfolio

Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

Search and prospect potential clients

Manage the necessary processes and documentation with clients

Request quotes for new clients

Development of current portfolio

Follow up on quotes

Closing new business

Compliance with KPIs (weekly visits, new clients, closed business)
