About The Job

As a specialist for land transport, you will contribute to reliably and efficiently transporting our customers' goods. You will be involved in customer service, invoicing, and project work, playing a central role in moving goods worldwide.

Your responsibilities include:

• Distributing regional delivery routes in the Hanover area including advance notice for large customers and private recipients
• Correcting incoming data, processing redeliveries, and maintaining hazardous goods data
• Monitoring delivery quality in your area, for example, by analyzing vehicle stop-load capacity and evaluating premium services
• Regularly conducting visual inspections of vehicles and storage locations, and maintaining communication with warehouse staff
• Acting as a contact point for our external drivers, while also conducting critical discussions when necessary (e.g., regarding quality issues)
• Supporting price negotiations to complete your responsibilities

About You

You have successfully completed your training as a merchant in forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d), or you already have experience as a dispatcher in a forwarding company.

You are willing to work alternately in the early shift (start time around 05:00) and the day shift (start time 09:00).

As an organizational talent, you maintain an overview even in stressful situations and ensure our delivery quality.

You work responsibly, independently, and solution-oriented.

Your high level of communication skills ensures effective exchange with our warehouse staff and external drivers.
