Your Responsibilities

Experience how innovative manufacturing processes for radar sensors are designed and optimized in the automotive industry. You will gain comprehensive insights into the interfaces between technology and production.

• Support and Optimization: You will work in a team that supports the ongoing production processes and qualifies new technologies. After your training, you will independently conduct investigations on production lines and products.
• Factory Service Support: Part of your tasks is the planning and operational support of the factory service, especially in the area of Manufacturing Engineering. You will take over responsibility for task packages.
• Efficiency Improvement: Your focus will be on actively participating in projects to optimize processes. You will gain cross-departmental insights and work with various specialist departments.
• Accompaniment of Industrialization: You will support a project team in the industrialization and capacity expansion of new and existing production facilities for radar sensors.
• Organizing Sample Processes: You will handle sample processes and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Participating in Interdisciplinary Projects: You can participate in interdisciplinary projects and learn about the cooperation with different experts.

Your Qualifications

• Enrolled Student: You are enrolled in a university during your time at Hella and have not yet completed your final examination.
• Field of Study: Study in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• Language Skills: German at least C1, English desirable.
• IT Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Production Experience: First experiences in the production environment and with ERP systems are advantageous.
• Project Competence: First experiences in interdisciplinary projects.
• Soft Skills: Enthusiasm and team spirit complete your profile.
