About Your Role
What You'll Do
Build the Revenue Engine: Own features across our billing platform, payments integration (Stripe), and entitlements service—directly impacting how Heidi monetizes and scales
Ship User-Facing Products: Deliver end-to-end on payment plans, seat management, and subscription UX for individuals and organizations—making self-serve purchasing seamless
Drive Growth Through Product: Build upsell flows and upgrade prompts that connect users to plans matching their needs, turning product usage into revenue
Work Across the Stack: Develop both frontend experiences (React/TypeScript) and backend services (Python)—we need engineers who can own a feature from API to UI
Join a Small, High-Impact Team: Work closely with your tech lead and cross-functional partners on a growing team where your contributions are visible and valued
What We Will Look For
Strong full-stack or backend experience (Python & TypeScript/React preferred)
Experience with payments, billing systems, or subscription platforms (Stripe a plus)
Track record delivering user-facing features independently—scoping, building, shipping
Comfortable with data modelling, API design, and understanding trade-offs
Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with product, design, and go-to-market teams
Motivated by direct business impact—you want to see your work drive revenue
Excited to join a small team early and grow with it as Heidi scales into mid-market and enterprise
