Under the responsibility of the Regional Sales Director of its perimeter, he/she will be mainly in charge of:
Advising and technically assisting customers in the geographical area for which he/she is responsible, in the development of their products or in their modification induced by a change in the quality of cements
Conducting technical studies with clients with the support of the Mobile Laboratory and the HMF Innovation Central Laboratory or service providers according to needs.
Coordinating technical-commercial actions with the Regional Sales Directorate and proposing prescription actions in order to develop and secure HM France sales.
Managing the planning, piloting and controlling of Mobile Laboratory interventions including in terms of safety.
Translating the expressed needs of the customer into terms of cement specifications; proposing technical assistance actions aimed at improving or optimizing the quality of finished products, informing customers of any incidents and recommending technical solutions to be implemented.
Managing and instructing disputes arising with customers in its geographical area, involving the products marketed by HM France, in relation with the Regional Sales Directorate and the Legal Directorate and the concerned factory
Propose to the Industrial Technical Directorate corrective actions and modifications so that the product best meets the expectations of the customers
Organize training for HM France customers and schools on various topics (cement, aggregates, concrete, admixtures, standards and DTU etc.…)
Implement technical surveillance on the evolution of customer needs, on regulatory and normative aspects, and on the offer of competitor products (technical benchmark)
Promote and prescribe to HM France customers and stakeholders the innovative products to develop sales.
Relay to customers, from the market the actions carried out by the group in terms of R&D, investments, environmental trajectory, …
Represent HM France within the instances of the profession taking place in the geographical area.
Share and propose in coordination with the Regional Sales Directorate, the product offer evolutions in the context of the CO2 transformation of the company.
Animate in collaboration with the DIT teams and factories the product developments, industrial tests, product performance, customer tests and propose corrective actions.
Ensure the updating of product characteristics databases, performances, customer studies, …
Consolidate and share studies, results with colleagues to strengthen the knowledge and differentiation of HMF France in the market.
Collaborate with the RDS on technical assistance topics.
Value the technical assistance provided to customers by producing quotes and argumentation.
Manage and optimize the operating expenses of the mobile laboratory
Qualifications and Required Skills:
Higher degree (Bac + 5 or + 8) in Materials/Chemistry/Physical Chemistry with at least 5 years of experience in cement materials (adjuvants, mortars, concretes)
Rigorous and pragmatic
Independent and ability to federate
Analytical and synthesis spirit
Ability to take a step back and aptitude in crisis management if necessary
