HR Expert (W/M/D)

Join our HR team! We are looking for an HR expert for our corporate headquarters in Heidelberg.

In this exciting role, you will be part of the Group Human Resources and work closely with various interfaces worldwide. You will report directly to the Global Mobility Manager and support the design and implementation of global HR processes.

The position is for a year – ideal for those who want to get to know international HR topics and experience first-hand corporate air.

YOUR NEW CHALLENGE

As an HR expert (w/m/d), you will support the day-to-day operations and take on responsibility in the following areas:

  • International Employee Mobility: You will manage posting cases, prepare expat payrolls, coordinate international tax payments, and contribute to the annual total cost pass-through.
  • Knowledge Management & Communication: You will develop information materials for our international HR colleagues and help build a global knowledge platform. You will also conduct posting interviews with new expats and be their first point of contact for questions.
  • Interface Work in the Company: You will work closely with international HR teams and central corporate functions such as Taxes, Legal, and Payroll – ensuring smooth coordination across borders.
  • Systems & Tools: You will utilize modern HR systems like Workday, SAP, and the platforms of our global mobility service providers for efficient process control.
  • Compensation & Benefits: You will support our C&B team on various topics – for example, in implementing executive compensation and other strategic compensation projects.
  • Pensions Management: You will manage the operation of our company pension plan and coordinate the cooperation with external consultants and bank partners.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Intercultural Management, Languages, or a comparable field with an HR focus forms the foundation of your expertise.
  • Teamwork is more than just a buzzword for you – you value a trustworthy, inclusive togetherness and actively participate.
  • Analytical thinking and a high standard of quality characterize your working style.
  • Structure, self-responsibility, and organization are naturally part of your everyday work.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in German and English – both written and spoken.
